“I have always been into fitness but intimidated by weights and “bootcamp”. After an international relocation to Australia I really let myself go, I wasn’t exercising or eating healthy. I have been really surprised to find that when I run along the beach paths around Black Rock and Sandringham in these classes – the beautiful scenery distracts me and invigorates me, so that I really enjoy the running and exercises.
