Fit for purpose
MOTIVATION to exercise can be as easy as jumping out of bed for some. For others it can be quite hard.
There are various ways that you can be inspired to exercise. It is just a matter of finding that something — or someone — that gets you up and moving.
I love listening to music that inspires me and gets me to a place where I feel alive.
Living on the coast and surrounded by fantastic beaches is another motivation to get moving.
Just a short walk or run and you are at the beach.
And whatever the weather brings, the ocean is always an awesome sight and takes away any pain.
So find that something that makes you happy and use it as your motivation.
Having an achievable and realistic goal will not only get you going, it will also keep you focused and on the right track.
Another key is to surround yourself with people who inspire you and who will get behind you on your journey.
Like-minded women who make health and fitness a priority can be a good group to be in.
And it’s important to have the people closest to you backing you 100 per cent.
Tell your family and friends about your fitness goals — and how important it is for you to have their support.
I’m sure they will be with you all the way, and excited for you.
