DI-NAMITE! is a 20 minute EXPRESS Session which focuses on strength and cardio conditioning, training in repeated bouts of high intensity efforts followed by varied recovery times.
A workout especially for time poor women who want to get in shape for summer and FAST!
This program is designed around ONLY 60 minutes of training PER WEEK!! And guess what… IT WORKS!
