Di-Licious is a 45 minute body sculpting session for women who want strong and fit bodies.
This program focuses on core strength and is an anaerobic, muscle toning session. Using weights, kettle bells and body weight exercises Di-Licious is designed to develop strength and muscle tone and lowers your risk of osteoporosis.
Di-Licious will enable you to build up lean muscle mass, which then basically serves as your calorie burning powerhouse in the body. Di-Licious is an effective body sculpting program for women that is guaranteed to have you feeling strong, lean and fit!
