DI-HARD 9 WEEK CHALLENGE is a beach fitness program for women, at the most spectacular locations in the Surfcoast. It is run in our spring and summer seasons on Saturday mornings.
This workout features high intensity interval training and challenges you to do your best. Pushing you to go hard and taking your fitness to a whole new level. DI-HARD includes body weight resistance exercises and uses other weight bearing equipment like, kettlebells, battle ropes and power bands and is combined with sprint training and plyometrics for a 60 minute total body workout. Designed to increase your aerobic fitness, physical strength and metabolism.
Come and join the team for an action packed workout at the most inspiring locations in the Surf Coast – beach fitness at it’s best! Diana Robertson is a qualified and experienced Bootcamp trainer, one of the pioneer trainers of the original Bootcamp Fitness Australia, known as the ‘Smiling Assassin’. Di instructs with a smile and “you can’t help but do it!”
DI-HARD is a perfect addition to any training program and provides a high level of motivation and support required to achieve results. Suitable for women of ALL fitness levels… if you are physically able, then you can do it!
